Event Submission Form

Community Calendar is a free public service of Moody Radio intended to assist churches and organizations in promoting their ministry events on the air and on our website to the communities we serve.

Submitting An Event

  • Events should be ministry focused.
  • Community Calendar is not intended for fundraising events.
  • Events should be submitted at least three weeks in advance of the event or the registration deadline to maximize the promotional opportunity.
  • Moody Radio reserves the right to determine which announcements are used and to edit the content.
  • The amount of promotion given is directly related to our understanding of the potential impact of the event in the community.
  • Please be sure to describe the ministry content of the event.
